Scott J. Chandler building

The Scott J. Chandler Building is one of five office buildings in the Orchard Place Office Complex. The complex is on land that hosted the fairgrounds from 1902-1967.

PHASE THREE CURRENTLY UNDERWAY

Built in two phases, and a founding tenant was Syringa Bank home to the Syringa Bank (now Sunwest Bank).  The Scott J. Chandler Building now includes Sunwest Bank, Idaho Department of Corrections, St. Alphonsus Health Alliance and Idaho Health Data Exchange. Phase three is scheduled to be completeled Spring 2022.
