IPTV Building is one of five office buildings in the Orchard Place Office Complex.  The complex is on land that hosted the fairgrounds from 1902-1967.

IPTV Building was originally constructed for the Bureau of Reclamation before 1950, and was totally renovated and expanded in 1993 to house Idaho Public Television.  It is also home to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, Southwest Regional Office.  The CSC Building is across the street from the Boise Greenbelt path, adjacent to the I-84 Connector, and minutes from downtown with ample parking.
